Faucet has been added to sink in addition to the spray nozzle for handwashing. Thank you. Ensure soap and paper towel are in dispensers in close proximity to sink. All fridges are 4 degrees Celsius or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder. General sanitation is overall very good. Dishwasher final rinse reached 77 degrees Celsius at the plate surface. Bleach water measured 200 PPM chlorine residual. Temperature logs are being maintained.
