Shelving in back room area: Bottom shelves on several units observed to be too low. The bottom shelving must be at least 6in up off the floor to allow the floor to be cleaned. Shelving material must be smooth and non absorbant. If open grained wood is used, the wood must be properly sealed by painting for example.

Corrective Action(s): Manager stated plumber has been contacted to address the water temperature issue with the dishwasher.
