Ensure that the prepackaged desserts made in-house are properly labelled per Health Canada requirements (i.e., flan, ginataan bilo bilo, ube). Conduct shelf life studies to determine safe storage period. Establish a method for tracking shelf life.
Temperature of refrigeration freezer units are satisfactory.
