General sanitation satisfactory at this time.

Ensure to submit the following prior to adding new menu items.
Floorplan layout - current layout looks fine. Ensure to have all equipment/area labelled on the floorplan.As discussed at this time, the 3 compartment sink to be used for manual dishwashing, and domestic sink for handwashing purposes only. Ensure to have 100-200ppm chlorine solution prepared in a labelled spray bottle (1/2 tsp of bleach per 1 L of water).
