Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
3 bags of pancake mix observed to be open on the dry storage racks.
Corrective Action(s):
Operator immediately transferred open pancake mix to a pest proof container with a lid. Ensure any food items that are not completely used, and may be used in the future, are transferred to a pest proof container with a lid.

Observation:
"Vitality" juice machine has accumulation of debris and grime above the nozzles. This could be a result of the back splash of the juice being dispensed.
Corrective Action(s):
Clean and sanitize nozzles and area above the nozzles. Ensure to regularly clean and sanitize this area to prevent any build-up of debris, grime and/or mould. To be corrected today.

Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers (sliding door, drawers, under-counter, walk-in) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Walk-in freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding (soup warmers and upright cabinet) maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
Concentration of QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles = 200 ppm.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 72.7 degrees Celsius at the dish level after the final rinse cycle.
Concentration of QUATs sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
2-compartment sink equipped with hot/cold running water. Drain plugs available.
Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in a designated container.
Dry storage organized.
Bulk foods (e.g. sugar, flour) stored in pest proof containers.
All equipment stored in a sanitary manner.
