- The facility is equipped with hot & cold running water - Handsink is stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available at the 3 compartment sink and in spray bottle - Hot holding (soup, chicken rotisserie) measured >60C - Cold holding (sandwich, wraps etc) kept <4C - Juice machine is cleaned & wrapped to prevent contamination - Observed some flies around compost bin. Keep the bin closed at all times.
