Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. -Walk-in cooler operating under 4'C; Walk-in freezer operating under -18'C. Light switch for freezer not functioning due to ice build-up around the switch. Break the ice. -200ppm chlorine in use for wiping off/sanitizing prep surfaces. Bleach available for manual warewashing. -No change in operation from previous inspection conducted in Sep 2019. -No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Back storage area satisfactory. Equipment no longer in use are covered and stored in once designated area. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
