Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk stored in under the counter cooler measured with an internal temperature of 11C. Ambient air temperature of the cooler measured at 11C.
Corrective Action(s): Transfer the milk to a functional cooler. Do not use this cooler for potential hazardous food for now.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Kitchen area did not have food surface sanitizer readily available for use.
2. Bar area Quaternary ammonium sanitizer measured with a concentration of less than 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Staff made 100 ppm bleach sanitizer; Food contact surfaces were cleaned and sanitized. Ensure food surfaces sanitizer is available during operation.
2. Discard and refill the bar area sanitizer with 200-400 ppm Quats. Ensure food sanitizer is switched out at least every 2 hours or a short period of time during busy hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two hand washing stations at the kitchen area were obstructed with items left in the basin. One basin was left with a plastic bucket and another basin with dirty spoons.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store / leave any items in the basin of the hand washing station. Hand washing station must be free of obstructions at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back entrance door was opened at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Back entrance door must be kept closed to prevent any pest entry. Alternatively, install a screen door if back entrance door needs to be kept open.
