Follow-up inspection conducted regarding a referral inspection earlier today due to a grease fire. Refer to report #ATHI-C9QPQH - Facility was still closed. Staff were on-site. - The areas that required cleaning were found clean. Staff were on-site cleaning the entire facility. - The fire affected deep fryer had been removed and placed at the backdoor of the facility to be removed. *Ensure equipment is removed in a safe manner* - A new similar deep fryer will be placed in its place soon. For the time being, the remaining fryer will be used. It is safe to operate and the facility may be opened for service. *If it is decided that another fryer will not be added to replace the old one, please contact the health inspector to update the floor plan.* No signature required due to COVID-19
