The new convection oven has been installed for the new backed goods. This oven is going to be used only in the morning. Just please remove all single use containers from this food preparation area that we agreed to be used and designated for this food preparation area.( approved to be in use ). Otherwise, the raw chicken/food preparation area is separate from any ready to eat area. Hot holding units are above 67C.
