Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 18, 2018.
-Operator on-site at the time of inspection with valid FoodSafe Level 1 - certificate will expire on July 29, 2018.
-Food items are no longer stored in the space between the two sections of the cooler unit, allowing air to flow properly. Foods were at 4C on both sides of the cooler unit.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods are properly cooled in the upright freezer unit. Items were probed at 4C or less.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm to 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum 50ppm required for sanitizing). Dishwasher tested daily to verify proper chlorine disinfectant.
-Knives and other utensils were found to be clean and sanitary. Ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.
-Did not observe any foods stored in metal cans at the time of inspection.
-Back door was closed at the time of inspection and screen has been installed. Screen does not reach the floor. Ensure screen goes to the bottom of the door to prevent potential entry of rodents.
-Upright cooler door seal repaired.
-Ensure any spills (dry goods) are cleaned up in the dry storage area to prevent potential pest attraction.
