Follow-up inspection conducted to routine (RPT#: JMAA-BETVHJ). The following was noted:
Mould-like residues behind the dishwasher have been removed and area has been re-grouted - thank you
Area behind cook line in good sanitary condition
Stand-up cooler (closest to the wall) measures 1C. The top section of the cooler remained clear to ensure adequate air circulation
Following items were cooling outside in the kitchen space: Cooked rice, cooked chow mein was at an internal temperature of 60C
Cooler areas are generally well organized (raw meats separate from cooked and ready-to-eat items)
