Cleaning conducted for rodent droppings in the back of house according to list provided to operator. Some droppings still noted in sauce organizer/container in kitchen dry storage and also under the staff rest area. Holes have been covered adjacent to back door and in kitchen dry storage area. hollandaise and gravy held >60C ceiling tiles to be cleaned on a frequent schedule new baseboards installed in back of house
