-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Upright freezer was at -16C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Time tracking system is used - discarded if not sold within 2hrs.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Sink prepared with 100ppm bleach sanitizer.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach spray bottle labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Cooked foods were cooled rapidly - probed at 4C.
-Deli slicer was found to be clean and well maintained. Slicer disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-FoodSafe Level 1 valid until September 30, 2023.
