2. Bar hand sink has no paper towel
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks have hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel and free of obstruction. Jug removed from cook line handsink and soap dispenser will be installed. Currently staff using handsink behind main cook line. All cooking/ food prep areas must have handsink available. Bar hand sink must have paper towel available.
