Observation: Pipe under the dishwashing sink requires a repair. Two buckets placed undernaeth to collect grey water at this time. Staff had advised that the technician has already been contacted.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the pipe repaired and contact the health inspector to notify.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. Thermometers available.
NOTE: Hot-holding unit not in use at this time.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle. Ensure to label the bottle as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-All foods prepared and delivered from the other location (13140 80Ave). Only cake decorating at this location.
-Bleach available for manual dishwashing. Ensure to obtain a new bottle before this one runs out.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

General sanitation of the facility requires improvement. Refer to above.
