Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on September 16, 2021, alleging concerns including the following details: Care and supervision – The Licensee presented for work, incapable of providing safe care to children. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation. The following contraventions were cited: Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA) - Section 7(1)(b) – Standards to be maintained Child Care Licensing Regulations - Section 19(1)(a) - Criminal Record Check - Section 29(c) - Relevant Training |
