| Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on September 16, 2021, alleging concerns including the following details: Care and supervision – The Licensee presented for work, incapable of providing safe care to children. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation.
