Routine Inspection: Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. All coolers (walk-in, pizza makeline, beverages) maintained below 4 degrees Celsius. Stand-up freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius. All food items covered, organized and stored off the floor in cold holding units. Thermometers present in all cold holding units. Temperature logs well maintained. 3-compartment sink set up properly for manual warewashing. Sink plugs available for manual warewashing. Concentration of bleach (chlorine) for sanitizing step in manual warewashing = 200 ppm. Concentration of bleach (chlorine) sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm. All dry products organized and stored at least 15 cm off the floor. All equipment maintained in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection. General cleanliness and maintenance good. Premises well lit. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. COVID-19 safety measures in place, including: COVID-19 safety plan available and posted onsite. Employee screening in place for symptoms. Temperature check conducted and recorded daily for employees. Hand sanitizer available for customers.
