-Sanitizer in bucket with cloth noted at 100ppm Chlorine via test strips
-Hand wash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water
-2 compartment sink used appropriately. Sanitizer available
-In-use utensils, for raw meat, stored in a safe manner
-No signs of pest activity
-Storage of containers is sanitary
