Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm chlorine residual detected at the dish surface after rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): A new sanitzer supply was hooked up to dishwasher at time of inspection. 50 ppm chlorine residual detected at dish surface after rinse cycle. Ensure to monitor sanitizer levels with test strips.

Comments

- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces when kitchen is in use. Labelled spray bottle available.
- Sinks were maintained in sanitary condition
- Coolers that were in use were measured at 4C or colder
- Freezers that were in use were measured at -18C or colder
- Food storage practices satisfactory. Dry storage and equipment storage areas satisfactory. All food related items stored off the floor and covered.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Weekly pest control is in place. No rodent droppings were observed at time of inspection.
- Note: Kitchen is only in use about once a month.
