- Good stock rotation practices observed (date-labelling, FIFO practices in use)
- Lactic acid-based food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at adequate concentration. Operator has test strips to monitor solution concentrations
- Chemical-sanitizing dishwasher providing ≥50ppm chlorine residual during rinse cycle
- No pest activity observed during inspection. Pest control technician (Ecolab) visited earlier today and reported no activity found inside the food premises.
