Routine inspection conducted. Facility no longer serving raw sushi. Major menu change, as well as business name change.

-Handwash stations adequately supplied. Sushi Bar still in place, but only to be used as servery/minor prep.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement. Hot-holding not on at this time.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
-High temperature dishwasher in use.
-No layout change. One stove to be replaced to a second deep fryer.
-Front serveries satisfactory. Back storage areas satisfactory.
-Facility had been closed since November 2017. Kitchen was only in use for testing new menu.
-General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good at this time.

Application form for name change and Food Safety Plan (including new menu) & Sanitation Plan submitted for review at this time.

Approval granted to start serving new menu items.
