Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEAT OBSERVATION: milk carafes, blenders and spoons not sanitized until end of day
Corrective Action(s): All continuously used utensils must be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours. Follow the tracking sheet above the front of house handwash station.

=display cooler (6C), bar cooler (3C), and double door glass cooler (3C) measured < 4 degrees C
=Upright double freezer (-18C and -18C) measured < -18 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74.7 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, though some cleaning required at the hot chocolate station back splash.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection; manager FOODSAFE certification on site.
