Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11080 - CCLR s.15(1)(a) - A licensee must supply equipment, furniture and supplies that are (a) of sturdy and safe construction, easy to clean and free from hazards.
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During inspection Licensing observed a cloth diaper mat being used on top of the vinyl diaper pad for changing diapers.

Staff stated more than one child is changed on the same cloth mat.
