Facility has severe infestation. Rodents droppings are apparent throughout facility.
1. Droppings around perimeter of building
2. Droppings on food packaging throughout store
3. Droppings throughout shelves
4. Droppings underneath equipment and between crevices
Corrective Action(s): The following actions are required from facility.
1. Move ALL equipment and remove all droppings, clean and all sanitize areas
2. Move ALL food products and check to damage, operator MUST discard any packaging that is torn/ damaged or chewed through
3. Any open opens MUST be stored in sealed bins
4. Ensure that all bulk bins lids are always kept closed

Corrective Action(s): 1. Contact Pest Control Operator and increase frequency of program
2. Ensure that ANY entry points are sealed/ plugged/ blocked with steel wool, hard wire mesh or 'Pest Block Spray Foam'
3. Ensure monitoring is done daily and inspection for any new entry points - USE FLASH LIGHT
4. Ensure any open products are kept in sealable pest proof containers
