General observations:
√ Food up off floor ≥6” or on pallets, good stock rotation noted, products labelled and well organized.
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Peracetic acid used for sanitizing. ATP tests also regularly done to confirm proper sanitizing
√ Two or three compartment sinks in dish washing areas stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Test strips present for monitoring sanitizer levels and tested weekly
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is very good
√ No signs of pest infestation noted, regular pest control company in at least once per month with no outstanding concerns from pest control noted.
√ Sanitation, temperature and pest control logs maintained
√ No concerns with staff hygiene or food handling noted during inspection
