Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sweets in display cooler at 6-7 deg C. Temp log indicated that cooler was at 4 deg C earlier in the day.
Corrective Action(s): All sweets moved to walk in cooler. As discussed, do not store any sweets in this cooler until it has been repaired.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handsinks by kitchen entrance and beside stoves have liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-Walk in cooler at 3 deg C
-Walk in freezer at -12 deg C
-Pizza prep cooler at 3.1 deg C
-3 compartment sink has plugs, 3rd compartment filled with water and bleach (@ 100ppm chlorine residual).
-Washroom adequately stocked (handsink has paper towels/liquid soap)
-Surface sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-No hot holding
-Facility is organized and clean, food is stored off the floor
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
-FoodSafe ceritifed staff on site
