On Follow-Up:
-Grease trap was serviced on June 30, 2018.
-Exhaust hood was serviced on July 1, 2018.
-Pest control reports for June 6, 15 and 23 are on-site. Cleaning issues have been addressed. Some droppings noted in and around the storage cabinet in the front. Clean these areas. Keep monitoring. Have the pest control company come in for servicing once a month as discussed.
-Wheels have been added to the metal shelving so that they're easier to move around.
-The tap at the single compartment sink is still leaking but it needs a part that is on order. The sink is still useable. Okay.
-Cooler/freezer temperatures are being recorded.
-200ppm Quats is being used for sanitizing and is available in spray bottles.
