Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Quats sanitzer in spray bottle turned test paper to blue again. Staff onsite is unaware what sanitizer is used for.
Correction: Please refer to manufacture's label as there should be 200ppm available to use on food contact surfaces, including coolers and counter tops. Adequate Quats sanitizer should turn test paper to green. Windex is for glass only.

Change of ownership - no structural or operational change.
Health Application and certificate of incorporation received.

Creamers shall be stored in the pop cooler for customers to self serve from now on. Ice packs not required.
Quats sanitizer concentrate to remain the bulk container until spray bottle needs new sanitizer.
Please obtain test strips to verify the 200ppm requirement.
Pop cooler: 6C (no dairy)
Pop cooler #2: 3C (creamers, red bull etc.)
Ice cream freezer: -17C
Dry storage is adequate
Public washroom: soap, hot & cold running water and air dryer available
Cupboard door under sink has been repaired.
