Combs stored in barbicide only partially immersed (container only half full). Barbicide changed only weekly for container used to store combs from multiple stations. Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect combs, brushes, and clippers after each use. Change barbicide more frequently if used for multiple stations. Fill barbicide containers so that combs are fully immersed. Single use razor blades noted. *** Provide information to Fraser Health on how you disinfect razor handle and how you dispose of razors. Barbicide - combs not fully immersed at one station. Change frequently. See above. Clippers - station with clippers - clippers and drawer not clean. See above. Extra barbicide and clippercide is available on site. Threading - use single use/disposable threads. Hand washing - hot/cold water, liquid soap, and single use hand towels provided. Three hair washing sinks - have vacuum breakers connected to each hair washing sink. *** Middle hair washing sink. Backflow preventer leaking water. Repair if broken. Laundry - use hot dry.
