- High temp dishwasher achieved 71C at plate's surface
- Refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Temperature log is in use
- FOODSAFE trained staff present
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Pest control services in place

- Scoops used for dry ingredients shall be replaced with the one that has a handle and stored vertically.
