Routine inspection:
- Facility produces spring water and reverse osmosis water.
- Water jugs were cleaned 4 times than disinfected with ozone.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Water treatment by carbon & 5 micron filter --> UV --> reverse osmosis --> ozonation.
- Water jugs stored off the ground with manufacture date sticker applied.
- Water cooler sanitized with hypochlorite sanitizer. Follow manufacture's instruction on proper sanitation procedure.
- No pest activities observed.
- Organize the storage area.
- Spray hose observed to be connected on the faucet of the 2 compartment sink. Ensure a back flow preventer is installed to prevent potential contamination of potable water line.
- Send the newest microbiological report to the Environmental Health Officer.
