Follow up inspection to the report JGUU-CRJTYH conducted: The walk in cooler temperature ranged from 5-7.5C at this time. The operator agreed not to store any potentially hazardous foods in the walk in cooler. Only one brand in the walk in cooler required temperature control (see violation section for details). Reviewed pest control report dated May 10, 2023. No rodent activities noted in the building as per the pest report. Work order is in place to seal the back door gap. General sanitation improved greatly. Rodent droppings and nesting materials are removed.
