Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked foods such as chicken, rice, yam, corn, jackfruit, banana, and raw cut up green onions were stored in food prep area measured from 14C to 20C.
Corrective action: Aforementioned foods were discarded during inspection. Cold potentially hazardous foods must be held at 4C or less to prevent pathogen growth and toxin production which may cause foodborne illness.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizing solution available at time of inspection. Staff observed to wash utensils and airdry without sanitizing.
Corrective action: A chlorine sanitizing solution was prepared during inspection, measured at 100ppm chlorine. Operator is asked to rewash all the utensils and sanitize them using a 100ppm chlorine solution. Operator is educated about adequate manual dishwashing procedure. This is necessary to adequately disinfect food contact surfaces and prevent microbial growth and potential food contamination.

Observation: Dough mixer is placed on top of cardboards which has accumulation of food debris. High touch surfaces such as cooler and freezer handle also has food residues.
Corrective Action: Operator needs to remove cardboards from under the mixer and clean and sanitize the area. High touch surfaces should be frequently cleaned to prevent microbial growth and potential food contamination.
Adequate sanitation is necessary to prevent pest attraction and potential contamination of food.

General comments:
Handwashing station is supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and disposable paper towel.

Cooler measured at below 4C.
Freezer measured at -18C.

Hot-holding of rice is measured at above 60C

Exhaust canopy is clean.
Clean equipment stored in sanitary condition.
Chemicals are stored separate from food.
All food stored 6 inches off the floor and are covered.
Dry storage is in sanitary condition.
No sign of visible pest activity noticed during inspection.

Recommendation:
Temperature log and cleaning logs are not being completed. Make sure to actively maintain these logs as per your food safety plan.

Have a copy of FOODSAFE certification on site at all times.
