Soap is not dispensing until staff attempts 2-3 times.
Corrective Action(s): Staff showed that this is still usable, however, it requires battery replacement.
Owner has ordered part.
Ensure battery is installed or replace with simple hand pump liquid soap.

Food Handler Hygiene
o Operators had clean clothing for food preparation
o Staff and Public washrooms appear clean and are fully supplied for hand hygiene

Storage Temperatures
o Cold holding Coolers are below 4C; Cold holding Freezers are below -18C

Food Processing and Food Protection
o Approved Food Source - Food ingredients are from an approved source
o Food Storage - all food is stored in covered containers. Walk in cooler storage is well organized, clean and tidy, great job.

Maintenance and Sanitation
o 3 Compartment Sink is fully supplied with 200ppm Quats for sanitizing (500-600ppm Quats measured).
-Ensure the sanitizing sink is used for its designed purpose. Some staff used dishes were placed here. Sanitize sink before use.
-Other sinks appear clean and facility typically uses the dishwasher.
o Dishwasher - 50-100ppm Chlorine sanitizer
o Chemical dispensers - >200ppm Quat sanitizer dispensed from tube in wall (500-600ppm Quats measured).
-Test strips are available on site.
o Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
o Condition of equipment and surfaces - food contact surfaces and equipment are in good repair and clean condition
o Pest control - Operators have a pest control contractor in place and there are no signs of pests at the time of inspection.
-Reviewed last pest control inspection: no signs of pests and no activity detected by recent report.
o Sanitation Plan - Operators have a sanitation plan in place
-Grease trap area has been cleaned, thank you. Either block holes or maintain clean on a regular basis by sweeping and vacuuming this area.
