Sanitizer solution measuring at 0ppm QUAT. One bottle of sanitizer solution appears to have had detergent dispensed into spray bottle. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. . Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are routinely changing sanitizer in spray bottles as they do not last indefinitely. Make changing the sanitizer in the spray bottles a daily duty. . COMMENTS: - Pest control program in place - Handsinks adequately supplied - Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius - Glasswasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 12.5ppm Iodine at the glass NOTE: Coffee preparation occurring in Cypress room but no hand sink exists. As hand sink is not in room no food or beverage preparation is to occur in the Cypress room. As per the previous inspector's Routine inspection report all food and beverage preparation is to occur in the level 3 pantry as this is the only location with a hand sink.
