Routine inspection:

All sport caught fish (fresh or frozen) is placed in the walk in freezer then transported to the processing plant in Nanaimo.
Walk in freezer at -33 degrees C.
3 compartment sink available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
Retail area is clean and organized.
Retail area freezers (3) are at or below -18 degrees C.
Grab and Go cooler only used to store bottled water. No sale of sandwiches made by caterer at this time.
Pest control services in place.

Note: warehouse has expanded into adjacent unit. All food products stored on shelves.

Reminder to keep bay doors closed to prevent potential pest entry.
