Comments

Routine inspection was conducted:
Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Domestic cooler and one door cooler were at or below 4 degrees C (2.2 degrees C and 3.5 degrees C respectively.
Domestic freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were empty of food at the time of inspection.
2-compartment sink was operational.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 77.6 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
Bleach was available on-site. Reminder: Make sure 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water) is setup when the kitchen is in operation.

Note: Please submit three hardcopies of the proposed floor plan for review and health approval and make sure you obtain written health approval from the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health prior to making any changes to the layout diagram. Please also contact the City of Surrey to meet their requirements as well.
