Observation: 2 issues;
-hot water not available at main floor bar, main floor concession, upstairs bar handsinks
-Upstairs glasswasher not operational, main floor glasswasher measured 0 ppm chlorine at the glass surface
Corrective Action(s): Breaker was tripped for the hot water tank. Operator re-engaged hot water tank circuit.
Main floor glasswasher must be serviced and ensure that sanitizer measures minimum 50 ppm chlorine at the glass surface. Sanitizer solution concentration must be checked every time the glasswasher is used.

=Kitchen upright cooler (1C), prep cooler (4C), and domestic cooler (2C) measured < 4 degrees C
=All freezers freezers measured < -18 degrees C
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection; staff FOODSAFE certification verified to be within expiry date

Correction order issued for lack of hot water and lack of sanitizer at glasswasher. Closure order will be issued on follow up inspection Friday June 14 if violations are not corrected.
