Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): OBSERVATIONS
1.) 2 sanitizer buckets (one in Front of house and one in the bar area) measured Oppm (QUATS).
2.) Low temperature dishwasher chlorine residue on plate surface measured Oppm. Sanitizer bucket / container was empty.

Corrective Action(s): CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
1.) Dispose old sanitizer and refill with fresh one. Re-tested and measured 200 ppm (QUATS).
2.) Sanitizer container was changed. Dishware were rewashed and sanitized. 50 ppm chlorine residue was detected on plate surface.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: OBSERVATIONS
1.) Proper liquid hand soap was not available in all the handsinks in the premises. The soap was a soap lotion and does not foam/lather.
2.) Paper towels were not available in the handsink bar station area. Paper dispenser were not available in the hand sinks in the bar station area, near the dishwashing area, and the front of house.

1.) Purchase liquid hand soap that promotes foaming. This will ensure proper handwashing is going to be done.
2.) Purchase paper towel dispenser on the areas noted and ensuree adequate supply of paper towels are available at all times in all hand sink stations.

Observation: OBSERVATION
Hand soap was not foaming for all hand sink stations. Sanitizer was pre-mixed in the liquid hand soap.

Ensure to stop usingthe hand soap found during the inspection and purchase new liquid hand soap that promotes foaming action. This will ensure proper hand hygiene.

1.) Store raw eggs on the bottom of shelf of the cooler.
2.) Store all food items above the ground at least 6 in (15 cm).

1.) Mouse droppings were observed on the floor in the dishwashing area.
2.) Flies were observed in the dishwashing area.

Corrective Action(s): 1.) Remove droppings; clean and sanitize the area. Ensure to monitor for rodent activity via visual inspection of the premises.
2.) Ensure to maintain proper sanitary condition to prevent flies in the premises.

** Provide pest control report in the follow-up inspection.
