Staff informed that they fill the sanitizer from the Quats dispenser directly and then add additional water. Corrective Action(s): Ensure food contact surface sanitizer is available at least 200 ppm Quats or follow manufacture instruction. Verify concentration using test strips. Do not dilute Quats solution with additional water if it is at the correct concentration for sanitizing food contact surfaces Violation Score: 5
