Low temperature dishwasher measured >50 ppm chlorine at the dish surface - good Operator is still looking into purchasing a replacement glasswasher for the upstairs bar. The current glasswasher is not to be used; all glassware must be washed in main floor (Downstairs) glasswasher. Correction order rescinded.
