One shelf and selected walls in dry storage room still has food debris splashes. Directed staff to clean and sanitize immediately. Fruit flies glue strip in place. Continue to maintain sanitation in this area in order to deter fruit flies breeding. Floor tiles replaced in kitchen. Rubber floor mats in use instead of card boards. Two ice wands (large and small) obtained and in use. Meat slicer removed.
