Broken/damaged strainer being used to store sliced cucumber.
Sanitizer level greater than 400 ppm (bleached out test strip).
Corrective Action(s): Make sure that all foods are covered with tight fitting lids.
Damaged, broken dishware to be discarded.
Make sure that staff MEASURE the amount of bleach being added to the sanitizer bottle - DO NOT free pour.
