Routine inspection conducted:
-Foodsafe certified staff was on-site.
-Handwashing station was supplied with liquid soap hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
-Domestic cooler was at or below 4C
-Freezer component chest freezer and one door freezer was at or below -18C
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
-Dishwashing method (wash, rinse, sanitize in 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer, and air dry) was reviewed with staff.
-Hot-held hot dog wieners and chili was above 60C in the hot-holding units.
-It was mentioned by the operator that they may make changes to the location of the kitchen and to the floor plan. Please ensure that you obtain written health approval regarding the floor plan before making any changes. A 3-compartment sink with drain boards and a separate designated handsink is to be considered for the new floor plan as per our discussion at the time of inspection.
-A gas appliance and grill with a propane tank were stored on-site. Please ensure you have the ventilation requirement assessed.
