-Ready to eat meat was stored on a higher shelving unit than raw meat in the walk-in-cooler to protect it from contamination.
-Ready to eat meat was covered.
-Separate tongs are used to handle ready to eat meat according to the Operator.
-Previously emailed revisions required to the food safety and sanitation plan were discussed with the Operator. Please submit your revised food safety and sanitation plan to the district Environmental Health Officer.
