Freezer section at -24 degrees C. All food products stored off the ground on pallets or shelves. Dry storage side: All food products stored off the ground on pallets or shelves. General sanitation is satisfactory. Pest control services in place. Operator is aware of the pest activity in flour area and has increased pest control services. Reminder to clean flour, sugar, etc. spills quickly. Note: walk in freezer expansion is underway. To be operational in early 2024.
