Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The "Meat Wheel" mobile refrigerated unit is showing air and meat temperatures of 9 deg C. The plug apparently was inadvertently knocked off.

Daily temperature logs are being recorded 3X daily -morning measurement was okay.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all the meats back into the Walk-in cooler until the temperatures are back to at or below 4 deg C.
