General
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sinks
-All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder with the exception of noted unit
-All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder.
- Bleach solution in spray bottle >100 ppm
-General sanitation is very good
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff
-No sign of pests noted at time of visit.

* Dont store any food products near the hand wash sink or on handwash sink
*Temperature logs are being maintained however no labeling for coolers, label the coolers with number. Include monitoring for hot holding units and sanitizer level for dishwashing sink, buckets and spray bottles.

**Ensure to put some sticky traps to monitor for rodent activity (under equipment, sink and shelving)
