Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Time monitoring system in place. Timestamps used- reflecting the most current information. Good.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved the minimum level of chlorine (>50ppm) at plate level after final rinse.
- Ice machines in sanitary condition. Scoops stored in proper manner.
- 200ppm chlorine available in time stamped buckets to hold wiping rags.
- 200ppm QUATS available at automated dispenser.
NOTE: Ensure to have sanitizer spray bottles replaced/refilled as advised at this time.
- Food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Recent reports checked.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Washroom handsink (family) satsifactory.

NOTE: Women's washroom handsinks to be repaired. 'Closed' signage posted on the door.
NOTE: Permit to Operate to be relocated from the 'old kitchen' to the front part of the facility- visible to the public.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
